I haven't heard the name DatPiff, WorldStar, RapRadar, AllHipHop, HipHopDX, 2DopeBoyz, SOHH, in like 10 years.
Most of the rappers that made it eventually put their shyt on dsp or SoundCloudAll that body of work gone in the bushes. All of the CH mixtapes, DJ Smoke jawns, Soundcloud era rapper albums, Lil Wayne blassics, Lloyd banks jawns, Fab's shyt, Joe Budden jawns, etc....all gone
No streaming service is going to pick them up because of copyright nonsense and or agenda. Its like the past of when hip hop peaked is being erased.
Bad enough these youngins don't know what a CD is, soon they will not know what a MP3 file is
The rage when you're waiting on a countdown and it gets reset to another dateRIP.
They kept a G-Unit mixtape in the coming soon for years. That countdown timer used to make mixtape releases feel like an event.
I’d beg to differ…they fell off when the distinction between mixtape and album was erased, and rappers put new and old projects on streaming.DatPiff fell off once they disbanded the message board.
I haven't used that site in years.
A lot of his major joints are on iTunesI’m glad I only started streaming as of December 2017. There’s a lot of music that will never be available again because of that. Hope some of y’all downloaded a lot of stuff over time. Big Krit’s catalog will be hit the hardest.
