The chick doesn't wana get in the pool or hot tub. Too many damn rules and restrictions. And bein around a chick pattin her head because it itches it annoying. I know y'all kno exactyl what I'm talkin about. :umad:

man, damn near every black girl i've been with wore weave, and i either tried to force them into being natural or we broke up. y'all really don't understand how important that shyt is to these black women. why do you think these girls always go for eachothers weaves when fighting? it's like a trophy kill to these bytches. plus it leaves the other girl humiliated, and she'll have to go out and spend more money getting another one

yeah, man, some black women are pushing a natural hair movement on youtube and such. i use to see it heavy in LA about two yrs ago, but it seemed like most of the women went back to creamy crack and weaves.

The funny thing about this is that I found that if a woman has a good weave that isn't all the way down her back, a man will think it's real.

However, as a black woman with long hair, I've found that most men automatically think my hair is fake because I'm black/dark. Go figure.

The point: half of you guys can't tell real from fake.

90% of men period dont believe a black woman with long hair is real

and yes, weave is often so deceptive that it's often hard to tell whats real, but that's nothing to brag about.

So you guys end up chasing convincing weave wearing women and diss long haired women because you assume it's weave?

Speak for yourself.

Most nikkas I know don't care about weave and sure as hell don't care what we think about their hair.

Most women use weave as a change up from their normal hairstyle and to grow their hair

no nikka, you speak for yourself. i know plenty of men that loathes the entire idea of weave. just cus you thirsty fukks dont care if your girl has deep seeded self hatred issues doesn't mean other concious brothers let it slide.

and you didn't even disprove what i said, most men who see a black woman with long hair thinks it's a weave.

:childplease: you sound like these bytches with weave. switch their hairstyle up from what, the previous fukkin weave?

how is questioning the authenticity of your hair a diss, shouldn't it be a compliment? it's so few of you out there with long natural hair, that it's hard to believe it's even possible to many black men, and black women as well.

I'm glad a lot of these chicks are going the natural route now though..shyt looks 10000% better.

hit or miss with me

if you been fukking with perms and weaves for 20 yrs, you might as well keep going that route cus ya shyt probably threw.

Yeah, a lot of women have traction alopecia, I'd even say the majority of them do. I swear, next time look at the hairline of a chick who has had a lot of weaves/braids in her life, you'll see the hairline is back further than you'd expect.

I knew it was serious but i didn't know it was *that* serious.

Tho with examples like Nia Long or Rihanna

the actual hair itself hasn't ever been a big deal to me, whether its actually long or short. If her face is on point then really all she gotta do is keep her hair healthy/well kept and it'll only further illuminate her beauty, regardless of style or length.

as far as personal preference, i'd rather her not have weave. just seems like an expensive waste that speaks more of her own standards of beauty than mine.

For me it's not a compliment. Being ignorant to the fact that black women can grow hair and spreading that ignorance by saying things like "you have a nice weave, you need to tell some of these women in *insert town* where you get your hair done" is not a compliment.
