Both things can be true, Ham is questionable at times with his coaching, and the roster is also bad and deserves some blame…I’m torn on what percentage blame each deserves so I’ll give each 50/50. Therefore if Lebron gets to come back then Ham should come back too. They both cost the Lakers games in this series as far as what I saw so unless you really think Adrian Griffin might be a better coach then there’s really no definitive reason to get rid of Ham.

These dudes just need to be better as a unit.
