Ham isn’t a great coach, but it’s something to be said when he was able to get them multiple double digit leads on this team. The roster is absolute trash, filled with guards and wings who don’t even try to play defense.

Lebron being absolutely washed and not boxing out or fighting for loose balls against AG cost them multiple games this series. Along with turnstile defense by Detective Russell and Reeves. Not Ham’s coaching.

I have watched 90% of Lakers games so I know about the problems regarding the players that you listed, that does not take away from the fact that Darvin Ham has CTE. Darvin Ham not using timeouts/having horrible defensive schemes(Major problem)/bad rotations/bad player development was a major factor this season. .

I do not think the roster is "absolute trash" at all or we would not even had made the playoffs. I think we could have competed with any team in the playoffs, maybe won a series or two if we was facing anyone else besides the Nuggets. A good center, better quality bench pieces, healthy Vando, and a better coach definitely would have won this series.

The issue this series, and all year really, is that the coaching staff has a good plan to start out…. Then unable to adjust to the adjustments

They’ve been horrible with in game situations. They have their plan and hardly ever counter it. Players are having to do it themselves instead of the coaches

Darvin Ham is one of the 3 worst coaches in the NBA.. he has a decent staff and still sucks
