Agreed one of my problems with hayden christensen is when I watch old interviews for star wars I really feel like he didnt care to do the part I think the only reason he took it is because he is now set for life.

He was BS... nobody knew except hamil ... Hamil only found out when they shot the scene . The director told him so he would know how to react .. the lines Prowes and everybody else thought was Vader said I killed your father...
Its documented ... harrison was mad at mark for not telling him when they saw the film for the first time at the premier

I saw a documentary (I think it was "Empire of Dreams") where they said that the line they gave him to say one set was "OBI WAN killed your father!". So according to that, they never actually let Prowse in on the twist.

(If you think of the Emperor as bringing Vader back from the dead, then that line is ALSO true "from a certain point of view")
