Darkseid debuted in a Jimmy Olsen comic and still managed to become one of the greatest comic book villains of all time, so he wins by default.

Darkseid is a better character, but Thanos wins a fight against most depictions of Darkseid.

Dunno who would win in a fight, but Thanos is a more interesting character and doesn't get beat up all the time.

I voted Darkseid because that's the character I grew up on from superman the animated series till now
