In Lost Bastile there's an area with prison cells with doors on opposite sides. One gives access to the ledges where you just have to navigate to the item.

Santiers spear. Break it and it turns into a twin blade

So im lookin at santiers spear now and it take 500 fukking hits to break this thing. I cant fukkin believe this shyt. Ive been ramming this shyt against rocks in between enemies lol

edit: found out you can hit the dead bodies of the lions in shaded woods to break it waaay faster.
