yeah, my only real complaint is that it felt like they crammed 2 seasons of story into one season. I would've been happier if they gave the Frank and Elektra 6 eps a piece and staggered the eps into 2 mini seasons.

Outside of that,

Elektra is this Black sky so there is more than one? Also, the hell is black sky exactly and is that kid blood storyline touched on anymore?

they did a little too much this season thats why this season lost points from the perfect 1st season

they had the 2 major new characters going in pun and elektra and on top of that were pushing foggy and white girl to the forefront hard as fukk too

white girl went from making copies and fetching coffee to a guerilla war journalist in the span of 3 episodes man. not cool.

stick went from saving elektra to wanting to kill her, elektra went from wanting to kill stick to wanting to save him

come on man

i still give it a lot of praise though cuz somehow with all the flaws and developments it didn't turn into a complete clusterfukk

:why::mindblown:

This phrase has been used a lot to describe this season and I have heard a few people say this about the Bat vs supers moves...:mindblown: HOW is this a bad thing, if anything season one didn't have enough going on, it was too slow to ME but even if I thought it wasn't slow, there is no way a lot of action and shyt going on, "too much".. My definition of too much is a show like Empire where every episode they are trying to have a OMG moment..

this season was as close to perfect as this show can get, Foggy and ole girl did not feel forced to me, they were there to show how Matt was choosing his passion to fight crime over his career. They needed to show how even though him and ole girl liked each other he would still rather fight crime and hang with Electra than be with her.. They were IMPORTANT because they showed how difficult it is to be friends with Matt or any crime fighter..

Her ascension to the journalist was to show how she has to always be in some shyt, she just cant take a boring desk job, she craves that life but cant fight so that's how she gets her fix. yea it happened quick but :manny:

The dynamic between Stick, Electra and daredevil is a love/hate dysfunctional family thing, he DID ALOT for them (training, took care of them, gave them a place to live, etc..) but then turned around and abandoned them so they have a good reason to be so emotional about him..

I just find it funny how I thought season 1 was slow and uneventful up until the last 4-5 episodes but I thought this season didn't have a bad episode, if you like season 1 how could you not love season 2?

And another thing, I remembered how last year no matter where I turned there was nothing but praise for season 1, so I went to a few IGN videoes to hear them talk about their opinion of season 2 since in my opinon was way better..

There was 3 people one female who said she aint like the punisher
One dude who said the punisherwasn't featured enough in the last few episodes
and the other guy said it was good not great
:what::what::what::what::what::what:
First off HOW do you not like the Punisher? they portrayed him perfectly, who are these idiots that have these platforms to speak to so many people on behalf of such a big company like IGN? I bet she only watches these shows to "fit in"

Second why are we mad the punisher wasn't featured much in the end, he got his revenge, his story was finished and most importantly this show is called DAREDEVIL not the fukking Punisher:camby:

and fukk the other guy his opinion is garbage too

incase yall haven't heard enough idiotic opinions

Just finished it. Not as good as season 1. The fight scenes in S2 had less impact overall. I blame conservation of ninjitsu; it's just hard to take a fight seriously when there are 10,000 ninjas who you know are going to be inept and one-shotted due to plot armor.

This season was amazing:wow:
Every episode had a major event or cliffhanger that kept the story moving

Unlike season 1 i def never got bored during an episode.

I thought the fight scenes were way more memorable than season 1. The stairwell scene, the prison, and the diner scenes all blow away anything i saw in season 1:whew:

I liked this version of fisk than the one we saw in season 1. I guess they were trying to show that he's starting to really become the king pin this season:ld:
That scene with matt was hilarious
Matt: if u dont leave my city alone im going to mess with your old lady and only spend 6 dollars:smugdraper:
Oh u can go visit her but you'll never really be with her:jawalrus:
Fisk: :ufdup:and smacks matt hard as hell on that table. Made that guy bounce back and almost fall, :russ:
Had Matt looking at the kingpin like:dwillhuh::merchant:
:dead:

i thought the hallway corridor fight in episode 2 of season 1 was one of the most epic fist fights of all time and wasn't topped in season 2

also the one with that ninja dude before he fought kingpin was awesome.

this season i thought the stairwell fight came close. the punisher jail fight was good. the fights with the ninjas got really tedious by the last few episodes though.

i thought the action scenes in season 1 were fewer but more impactful and more quality

and ya season 1 was slower bits here and there but it was still interesting. more build up and bigger payoff.

i dont think filling episodes with more action makes it better. if anything the first season i thought made this series the greatest ever comic series because it was crazy sophisticated with the dialogue and a huge part of that was wilson fisk and had quality action mixed in. just way more dynamic.

this season between daredevil, punisher, and elektra there was so many fights it got borderline ridiculous to me. the ninja fights especially got kinda tedious by the end.

I'm sorry I couldn't take another super slow burn in season 2.. I think comic book shows should be about that action, grant it, I love the slow burn in JJ tho but she was never sold as a fighter.. idk I see your point tho, I just thank the writers for making the changes I wanted so I can enjoy this show..

U smokin nikka. That stairwell scene wit the Bikers alone>>>>>. I honestly avoided this thread till I finished the season and I didn't expect ANYONE to have a prob wit this season. God damn viewers are hard to satisfy. I see a nikka complaining about too much action in a superhero series? :mindblown: . Prolly the same nikkas who think Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon is one of the goat Kung Fu flicks. nikkas like they action flicks to have everything BUT action.
