Remember this episode was part of the original reboot version.
I’m now seeing why they bushed those show runners even more.
Murdoch beats up the corrupt cops out of costume. He is now defending someone they want to kill in the courtroom. Yet because they decided they didn’t want this show to be an action show the cops leave Murdoch alone which makes no sense.
Then you got Murdoch revealing another superhero’s identity when he KNOWS there are killer cops out there. Then after the trial he’s cooking with his lady instead of getting White Tiger in Witsec
because again the show DOESN'T want to be an action show.The real problem is that we are seeing two blended versions of characters which is creating inconsistencies. The Netflix Murdoch/Daredevil would NEVER reveal a superhero's identity. The reboot version however WOULD. This season is going to be a mess.

It's the same story as season 3 of Daredevil but with no action.
I saw someone say the OG show would have dragged out White Tiger's trial over multiple episodes as if we haven't gone 2 episodes with Murdoch not in costume
Meanwhile in season 3 Murdoch had quit being Daredevil at the start (like in this show) but was back in the suit by the end of the first episode but this show is supposedly moving faster?
White Tiger isn't Superman lol. He's not invulnerable to bullets (and I don't believe that he has superhuman dodging ability).
However, they probably should have killed him either as he was leaving the courtroom or someone catching him lacking while in street clothes (since his dumbass didn't know that he should leave NYC)
