I enjoyed this one I'm digging the courtroom drama I can tell they kept a lot of elements from the original idea they had before the overhaul.

The courtroom stuff didn't drag at all in this episode. It definitely wasn't Matt's secret to give up, but after Nicky decided to be a bytch. Hector was getting sent away and was going to get taken out in jail. What happened to him on the streets though, that's some cold shyt. These wannabe Punisher cops, can't wait to see Frank, fukk them all the way up. Bunch of poser ass motherfukkers that don't understand what Frank is about. Which clearly art imitating life there. I really don't like what they are doing with Fisk and Vanessa. I thought they had such great chemistry in the Netflix one and they are just shytting all over it in this one. I was pissed when they originally planned to recast her, but now that they brought the original back. I don't like how they are using her at all. That said still fully invested in what is happening and where things are going to go.

I think it’s my favorite of the eps currently out. No action needed because the writing was that on point.

I’m kinda with you with Fisk/Vanessa. Their bits felt static tonight and nothing has really changed since the first episode with them. We already know how Kingpin feels about vigilantes roaming the NYC streets.

Those moments of him looking down on his bruised knuckles and Vanessa just overall coming across as someone who’s up to no good…the payoff with both should be worth the wait. That aide of his is NO James Wesley though. Wesley was the shyt.

Heather came across tonight to me as someone who was just…there, still looking fine as shyt even with her hair up, but wasn’t doing much here. Playing marriage counselor to Fisk and Vanessa is some fukkery in itself and the show seems to be setting something up with her and Muse tho, so I’ll let them cook.

Between Bernthal hyping up his Punisher special and those wannabe ass skull tattoos on the cops, I’m really looking forward to homie going apeshyt on the corrupted crew. With all due respect to Matt’s ‘No Kill’ mantra, I need Frank to not hold back at all on these mothafukkas.

The Midnight Boys podcast was poking fun at White Tiger’s suit looking silly and not gonna lie…it does look a little cheap. But something about the way it grounds the character just clicks for me.

Seeing these street level realm characters make do with what they got is such a breath of fresh air from all of the nanotech suits that the Avengers and these new nikka heroes are donning in the other projects.

Now that I think about it, that’s largely why I fukked with Pete reppin’ his homemade suit in Homecoming.
