It really felt like Matt wanted to kill him and I loved that he is praying again

Both episodes were great but no doubt Episode 5, the Bank Robbery one, was originally filmed before they supposedly scrapped everything and started over. It was a bottle episode with the first real ties to the bigger MCU with all the Ms. Marvel references. They probably re-did the fight scene outside and added more brutality to it with the blood and broken leg.

The addition of Muse brought some Se7en energy to the show. That lair of his was grimy as hell.

Spoiler: Ep 6

Would’ve enjoyed just a little more time with Matt actually gearing up, they seem to cut straight through that after the build-up, but the back-and-forth cuts between him and Fisk came full circle in a way that felt…cathartic.

I’m sure the blows Matt occasionally took from Muse felt liberating in a way, too.

Fisk keeping Dave Grohl locked down there as his personal punching bag.
