I agree wit that. I feel like Golovkin should call his bluff, take it at 155, beat Canelo, then the rematch can happen at the weight he chooses. Gotta sacrifice to be the man and get that mega fight, or he can keep fighting them bums at 160 that nobody even knows.

nikkas complicating shyt but it's really this simple. It could be that team ggg knew what Canelo working with from that sparring session they had and are like about fighting him at that weight though.

canelo has the green belt at 160, he should fight the best fighter at 160 right now.

if ggg had the green 168 belt and ward is the best fighter he should fight ward at 168 right now.

if canelo didnt have the green 160 belt and canelo feels that the fight with ggg should be at a 155 or whatever catchwieght he wants i have no problem with that, thats up to ggg if he wants to take the fight.

the belt matters to me, and thats how i see it.

i dont remember if he did, i know he always called cotto out post fights cuz he had the belt and has siad many times he wants all the belts.
