Not at all because they were American movies made for Americans by Americans in America. They aren’t flying us out to Britain or Nollywood to pretend to be African, they are hiring the Africans there, even if the character is Black American, and that’s fine bc it’s their country and their movie and most like not many Black Americans there.

Then the movies are marketed in Asia, Europe and even the people's country of origin etc, so in as much as they are made in America, you could say the cultures of these people are being used for profit without their involvement. So there's none that's worse than the other. If there's issue to be taken, it is with hollywood executives, just as you take issue with the African/European executives not hiring Americans, which is funny because Americans don't seek jobs there, if they did, they would get hired no problem.
