People forgot Eli had some very good years. His year in 2009 when plaxico shot himself gets overlooked big time. Likewise his 2011 he almost had 5,000 yards.

Obviously the Superbowls are very memorable but the game I might remember the most was 2011 on the road against the 49ers in the playoffs. He was getting punished on every drop back and still hit Manningham on a huge 3rd and long for a TD to take the lead.

Eli is a Hall of Famer to me and was widely underrated because he def did make some boneheaded plays and looked like such a dope.

With that said it is time to move on to Daniel Jones I just wish they didn’t waste Eli’s time and just cut him during the off-season.

If Daniel Jones struggles mightily and gets lit up, then Eli can finish out the year without having to deal with Phil from Toms River screamng "Put in Daniel, Letz see what da kid's got already".

If Daniel Jones balls out, then Eli can bow out gracefully knowing that hes left QB1 in good hands and that the right decision was made.

I just wouldnt have done it this soon. Atleast give him till week 4 or something. Would have liked to see him go out on a winning record

yeah we're not beating the skins week 4 and the bucs are a 50/50 toss up shyt I'd even give them the slight edge. They have a top 10 defense. Winston might look like Warren Moon against our defense next week.

With or without Eli or Jones this season we still go 2-14 or 3-13. Then you select Tua, your legit future QB. 2020 draft should of been our target for franchise QB.
