According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the original plan for Shane McMahon at WrestleMania was a match with Daniel Bryan. But following Vince Mcmahon’s decision to put the WWE Title on Bryan and turn him heel on Smackdown, the Shane vs. Bryan match plans have been dropped.
