Did you even watch the game? Russell dominated the 4th quarter and scored 17 points in the second half after playing like shyt in the first.
I did not watch the game. Who has time to watch summer league games on a Saturday?

Anyway, Russell scored 22 points in the game. And you're saying 17 in the 4th.
So we're supposed to be impressed with 3 shyt quarters and 1 great one? If there's one thing to take away from Russell's rookie season, it's that he has to improve on his consistency. 5 points thru 3 quarters and a monster 4th is not consistency.

Hopefully for the Lakers' sake...he picks it up.

Norfeast groovin…
And we getting Westbrook next summer. We can't lose:blessed:

I'ma just need these young nikkaz to keep working. A good showing this season might be enough for Sabo to sign. By then Ingram should be starting, so we'd have Clarkson, Nance, and Deng off the bench. :whew:

Uhhhhhhhh

This is what you call irrational hating.

How many all time greats have games where they play like shyt and turn it up in the 4th?

Answer: All of them

How many all time greats/superstars/all stars at 20 years old had it figured it out?

Answer: Not many

You're calling it hating.
Let's put it this way...

Was there anything inaccurate in the post?

By his own admission (OP), Russell played like shyt for 3 quarters of the game.
Would you not agree that one of the glaring holes in Russell's game last season was his inconsistency?

So what's the problem?
He had a great 4th quarter.
He hit a great shot.

That's hardly much to hang your hat on for the upcoming season as far as I see it.
Like I said, hopefully he puts it together on a more reliable basis for the Lakers to be successful.

No, Russell's glaring hole was that he played for the worst coach in the league who's main objective was to teach him a lesson instead of developing him. But hey do you, keep harping on that Russell wasn't consistent in his rookie season like that means something. You want me to post Lebron's % his rookie season or T-Macs or Paul George's or D-Wades?

You've got a lot of balls comparing D'Angelo Russell to 4 potential Hall of Famers after 1 season

Did I compare him to them?? :dwillhuh:

My goodness, your reading comprehension is woat. What I did was give you examples of players that struggled shooting the ball in their rookie seasons, lacked consistency and managed to fix those issues...you know with... time and experience.

Nowhere did I compare him to them in my post. Stop trolling. :snoop:

I'm not discussing anything with someone who doesn't know what "literally" means.

Have a good night sir.
