Like I said in another thread. If bulling in schools is suddenly the focus of media campaigns, which now makes it an active topic of discussion by folks of all tax brackets, what is the impact on society of a multi-millionaire black man,
-who is a media darling,
-who is blurring the lines between reality and entertainment,
-who is portraying negativity and satisfying stereotypes? He will be used as an example (consciously / subconsciously) by his fans(regardless of race) and non-fans(regardless of race) to solely blame the members of the black community for their reality....bu bu it's part of their culture to..........

If not countered with statistical facts and visual reality of the differences in actions/mind state between folks living in various conditions, that same poisoned rational only continues to permeate and foster more believers (black/non-black). Then once you add into the conversation, the white supremacy ideologies, which is not held only by white folks, then we begin to get a sense of the climate that allows DP to feel at ease talking dumb shyt

Many whites don't care about all the empirical data you've mentioned as most Caucasians have these racist stereotypes taught and ingrained from birth. Furthermore, regardless of the truth in regards to the variables of conduct among various races, a lot of whites feel and think they are better than African Americans and other minorities thus all the studies in the world won't change their negative viewpoints or thoughts on the matter of because the "climate that allows DP (and others like him) to feel at ease talking dumb shyt" is institutionalized racism which is caused and maintained directly by the white power structure to benefit the white race.

This country is still overwhelmingly segregated by race: just look at our neighborhoods, schools, churches and social/professional settings.

White kids barely interact with non-whites until maybe college and work.
More often than not, the only black folks they know are the ones they see on TV: athletes, entertainers and criminals on news reports and shows like Cops (people like Obama and Oprah are simply exceptions they can use as foils to criticize black folks at large).

I agree that most white folks hold racist and/or stereotypical views of blacks, but the empirical data is not just for white folks, but also for black folks, and all other non-blacks. So that we all could be aware of our brainwashing, and thus begin to voluntarily OR be forced to adjust our philosophy on race, due to a hopeful shift in wealth in the country, AND/OR with empirical data widely known, that's one less tool that could be used to condition the masses

-you skew the interpretation of data to support your stereotypes [ black folks foster a culture of negativity because more blacks are in prison, than in college; welfare folks are usually black], you have black folks believing this and rationalizing why it's fine to solely blame other black folks for their condition
-you use a standard for which all others are measured to determine “quality.” In a white supremacist society, we use “whiteness” as a litmus test to determine great leadership, quality communication, beauty, intelligence etc.

These tactics of conditioning works because we have folks (regardless of race) who are lazy in their rational and lack empirical data that would counter a skew statistic. We have black folks who put considerable efforts to prove why they are not like the “typical black,” and white folks who view their race's dominance in the financial/tech/entertainment sectors as being based in individual effort and not a subject of access to certain resources

I agree 100% on your views of institutionalized racism. But you have to have a starting point to understand and eventually counter it. Institutionalized racism is a result of learned behavior and the lack of wealth balance in the country. Thus it will continue to thrive if the discussion about the plight of black folks stops at "well the parent needs to do more...bu bu it's just entertainment, what these rappers promoting do not affect me." Thus, the atmosphere for DP like chatter will flourish because black folks are only blaming black folks and co-signing stereotypes
