For people that think Damon was shytting on Chappelle if you WATCH the video Wayans said that “There is no doubt that Dave Chappelle is the comedian of this generation. He’s smarter than I am. He’s braver than I am right now”.

Damon is saying that he’a not sure that EVERYTHING that Chappelle is putting out should be qualified as a stand up special (referring to the speech that Netflix put up) and he’s questioning if the network is simply putting up stuff in his name.


The fact is that Netflix gave Chappelle $60 Million Dollars, and they also took his side during his fight over the rights to the Chappelle show. In exchange for that money and support you goddamn RIGHT their going to milk the Chappelle brand for all its worth. This comes with the territory when your hot and Chappelle has been RED HOT in terms of popularity the past 7 years. The controversy only adds to his celebrity. I’m surprised that anyone finds this at all questionable or weird. Netflix is doing what Netflix is SUPPOSED to do and Dave is signing off on it and cashing them checks. Its a win/win.


The network will use you as long as yiu have value. Its up to YOU to use the network and Chappelle has the Netflix CEO telling transexuals and LGTBG people who are mad or upset to basically kick rocks. Think about that. It's not about going after Gays, there's a lot more nuance involved. Drag queens shouldn't be in classrooms with small children.
