why are you playing this silly semantics game? You knew what Tariq meant by his tweets, just like the 25,000 people who liked it. It was about as clear of an endorsement short of saying “let’s all go vote for Trump and not the democrats.”
What “work” has Tariq put in? He’s so spooked of being looped in and arrested for something that he introduced this FBA term to distance himself from the people actually doing groundwork.

You are making strawman points.. You can't even be non-biased and hide your agenda. There has been things said by them(tone & vet) about tariq behind the scenes which add fuel to the fire and I believe its seeded in jealousy.
Better question is, have you read the Ny times article and how ADOS is referred to?? The author called them a fringe group with some type militant hierarchy which can and will be easily targeted by the govt. The whole article was a hit piece down to the pic they used. Very disrespectful..
Ados is a lineage and clearly tone is trying to make it as a subsidiary of a conglomerate political group which is very confusing. Again this whole fued on both sides is petty and 100% ego driven and depending on side you land on, you will disagree with the other.
I said in another post, this should've been handled with a phone call but like I also said in the same post, obviously they are not friends and are not on that level that warranted a conversation. Tone calling tariq out for his trump comments was basically a declaration on where he stood. Now tariq is classic fashion took some personal shots that he wont walk back. Whole situation is unfortunate but not surprising at all, seen it coming for months...

Real talk though I hope they can sort this out. Reparations is getting a lot of attention in this election thanks to the efforts of the movement. Regardless of what you think about Tariq, Tone, Yvette, etc they need to put ego aside and look at the bigger picture.
pan africanism was created by ADOS and the energy was never returned outside of a few African leaders in the 60s and that's why it's dead.

Pan Africanism was created by a Pan African. You see, when your family, you only care about what's best for the global community. That means Africans and all Africans in the diaspora. Greatness can be achieved by all. If a Pan African brother is killing it and he's from Philly, he is getting the same love by those in Accra as in Kingston. Love is a global language. Justice is needed and expected. Honor is whom you are expected to be.
