This is VERY unexpected. I mean, some traitorious type shyt to the whole movement. This divide and conquer isnt looking good for anayone involved.....

How is this unexpected? Tariq rubs everyone the wrong way sooner or later.

Nah I get what you're saying, he's objectively been worse than them. But MY point is... they introduced anti-black immigrant rhetoric. I doubt Tariq would've ever pivoted if they hadn't shown it to be profitable/sensational. That's what happens though. A can of worms :francis:

Yvette, Tone & Irami (for that matter) were not anti immigrant. They pointed out that ADOS should not see black* success as our own b/c those people were not a representation of our specific lineage. They forced us to realize how collectively poor our group was and how dire it was to demand more from our politicians rather than accept symbolic victories, especially from non ADOS. Prioritizing ADOS first does not confirm an anti immigrant stance.

Yet you HAVENT shown examples. Again they been DISTANCING themselves especially when Tariq was promoting his FBA shyt.
you're being obtuse. I see you tactic. But in case you don't see it...i'll give you an example. This judge in the Amber Guyger case. Tariq was the one calling her c00n ass out before anybody. Everybody saw it, but people like TONE AND YVETTE would have never been the first ones to say it out loud because they don't like crossing certain lines. And Tariq does this for alot of shyt not just for Tone and Yvette. That's why you see Tariq get mentioned by name for certain things. People named Tariq directly for the failure of Harriet. People like that KRS-One metoo chick were randomly dropping Tariq name on shyt. They know who's really causing damage and doing dirty work.

And i never said it before, but i've seen tone/yvette get straight punked on twitter because they don't want to cross certain lines.

also, they don't have to acknowledge that he's doing their dirty work. they can "distance" themselves why still benefitting from Tariq saying certain things that everybody's scared to say out loud.

Tariq is talking in circles while accusing Tone of talking in circles.

He gave them the game from a historical and tactical standpoint. He sees they are trying to be slick with it,but didn't even call them out on it.
If he's talking in circles its only because he is trying to halfway stay on code any not really reveal what they are doing.
They can get away with it,because most of us don't understand the algorithms and the analyticals

Lets see Tariq saying aids came to USA due to Black immigrants??? He gave the more ammo in arguing that ADOS is "anti-Black immigrants."
Im not denying any of that.

Are you saying "more ammo" meaning that they have more of a reason to hate us, now?

Cause, Tariq is only one person.

From what I've seen and heard, they've always had ammo for us, Breh.

Tone and Yvette have certain line they are afraid to cross. TARIQ HAS DONE A LOT OF DIRTY WORK FOR THEM. Tariq gets in the metaphorical "mud" for them. Tariq says certain things out loud that need to be said. Tone and Yvette don't even really know how to navigate social media. I've seen them get punked online by certain people, mainly due to them trying to appear like "intellectuals" and "academics". They don't want to cross certain lines out of fear of how they appear.

And there are certain lines they shouldn't cross. I agree with them keeping everything in an academic and policy context.

They are not entertainers. They are trying to keep our push for a Black agenda and Reparations as serious as possible. They don't need to be name-calling and mudslinging with randoms on Twitter.

and i don't mind that. I believe people have roles. Tariq has his role as the mudslinging dirty work guy. He's very useful.

Yea I agree they have said some questionable things but I wouldn't even label them as totally anti-Black immigrants since they did have a non-ADOS Jamaican at their conference iirc and have shouted out their "non-ADOS allies." If anything they seem to be ADOS above all.
I seen a clip of Tariq saying he'd invite immigrants to his conference. We have a bar to measure the previous rhetoric with, that's all.

I'll never forget Yvette putting up a graph of wealth rates in Miami... and she zeroed in on Carribeans being above us, completely ignoring the 4 or 5 Hispanic groups above both of us and Whites far and away at the top. It's not as though I'm Caribbean or African though... I'm full blooded "ADOS" or "FBA" or whatever you wanna call it. I'm just a real life Pan Africanist :manny: Never felt the need to antagonize other black people to big ourselves up. That's some white people shyt to me :why:

Breh I'm probably the biggest "Pan-Africanists" on here and what Yvette/Tone is doing is needed. And I'm pretty sure she has addressed Hispanics/Whites many times.
