I used to work in a warehouse when I was in college. I quit because of the conditions and found something else. Many others who worked there did too.

I know the mentality of a lot of warehouse workers. Some are smart. They see the writing on the walls and prepare themselves for another job. Others just continue slaving away and complaining about the conditions. For the latter their conditions never changed.

I feel for these people though, but they need to dip then. Why the fukk are you subjecting yourself to 37 years of slavery?

I expect to see more of people going on strike at they jobs. Which will lead to companies to want to push automation more for assembly jobs like this. Some people don't understand you got to pay your way to get the good jobs. Either through going to school, paying for certifications to level up your skills in life. You don't invest in yourself then you get stuck in jobs like these. It's fukked up because I believe everybody should be able to have time to be with and money to take care of there families but that's not what modern day capitilism is about. Even if your making big money your still putting in hours that these people are complaining about.

I know someone who worked at Frito lay in North Carolina. They started him at 23.50 and that was years ago..All them extra hours are overtime so they're all probably making over 100k but they rather have free time..
