Jay z is one of the best things to ever happen in hiphop, and the same community hopes he goes down. Smh. We should rally behind him.

Check the timestamp 2:58 mark. They were legit close.

Dame said that Jay said awwwwww

Jay have never said Jay is his best friend

Dame also said Jay is "His artist" not his business partner not his best friend "his artist"

Thats part of the reason why things didn't go well

Dame considered him his best friend. He's hurt.
When?

Dudes have like 10 child hood friends each, that are still with Jay at least. Dudes were friends for like 6 years, and it’s been like 24 years since they started to drift away from each other.

Great business partners, and best friends are not the same thing.

Facts.

I actually remember this day. These dudes were best friends. Like really close! They did everything together. So I definitely get why Dame feels betrayed and has the feelings he has toward the situation. He would've killed for Jay. His whole thing back then was making sure that the industry respected Jay and didn't try to undervalue him or dismiss him, which they were doing for years. The cacs in power wanted to divide them and run off with the golden goose. Which was Jay.

The narrative that all the idiots on here run with, was the one cooked up by the same cacs who wanted to sell that same idea to Jay, to get him away from Dame. Dame was the only thing in their way, so they couldn't capitalize on Jay with Dame there because he was like Jay's guardian. Once they were able to sell the idea that Dame was the issue to Jay, they did whatever they could to spread that same story publicly. So now the fools on here buy right into that, and speak like they've met these people before. It's corny. But what's wild is, Jay is the only person from the OG staff and crew that doesn't still chill with Dame. Biggs needed a job, so he switched sides and went with Jay later. But all of the OG uptown people that started with Dame and Roc, are still with Dame today. But he's definitely hurt that Jay did what he did, and he feels like Jay stabbed him in the back and ran off with the enemy.

The weird thing about Dame is that it seems like he gets saltier for every million Jay makes and he loses :mjlol:

Dudes have not been good friends for soon a quarter century yet it seems like the beef is peaking from his side :dahell:

Ok I see what your saying

But do you think dame is innocent

Jay had no reason at all not to want to be with dame?

Man there is no fukking JayZ without Dame. Dame took care of all the business and headaches so all Jay had to do was create the art and perform with no worries . Dame gave him literally a 7 year head start.

Alot of artists had to get fukked in slave deals, go from company to company before finally getting it right (Dr Dre, Snoop) JayZ had to worry about none of that

Are you Gotti Dash or something :mjlol:
Sound more delusional than he does.

“He was Jays guardian” :russ::russ:

“Jay is the only person”

Like Juan, Lenny, Biggs, Ty ty, B-High, Gotti, Hiphop, Jaz, Chaka, Bleek, Emory, Clark Kent, Gee? Like who are these people that chill with Dame? Cause all of those are in Jays circle. Even pain in the ass is spotted in roc nation offices

I know it’s hard to fathom but jay might have been tired of dame and wanted to do his own thing

He was sick of splitting the money the same money dame was taking without telling Jay and Biggs

After awhile that gets old

And dame was telling people Jay was his artist

Not his business partner

So Jay was supposed deal with that for the rest of his life just to be loyal

Maybe it’s because that’s my demeanor it’s only so many times you gonna try me

I’m gone
