You know you don't have to name your informant until the case goes to trial, and even then, there are ways to get around it if the Prosecution wants to. This shyt is a dirty game on both sides of the law

A snitch is not the same thing as an informant. To be a snitch, you had to tell on someone you was down with. An informant just gives the police information, and gets paid, they don't have to tell you who told them, that's why it's called "confidential informant".
