Only thing you got straight in this post is that you’re a Pac stan, and you let that fact cloud your judgement on reality.
It’s a fact that the average citizen didn’t know who Haitian Jack was until Pac said his name, but that should make you look at Pac sideways, not Jack.
It’s completely obvious by now that Jack was a big time, thorough gangsta who’s name rang bells in the underworld circles, while he remained unknown to the world for decades.
Civilians don’t learn about real life gangstas until they either snitch, get snitched on, get murked, or get football numbers for their activities.
Jack didn’t snitch, he’s still alive, and he’s free, so that only leaves one option as to why you know his name.

After watching this doc, it backs up even more that he doesn't have money like he claims. When you are young, the cars & clothes, is what you show off. When you get older, your property AND cars & clothes are what you show off. Throughout the whole thing, Jack is everywhere BUT his house. Everybody I know that got money ALWAYS showed off their house, because that is the real way to show you are paid, and it most likely wasn't their main house just the house to bring people to see how you live. They hide where they lay their head at.. Even if you don't own the house, if you can afford to pay the bills, and have the other things, it shows you are paid. Jack is just doing his NYC hustle by wearing stuff, and hanging out with the rich people, to make you think he is paid. It's working on these suckas, so can't be mad at him

I'm not saying he is a snitch, but you don't need paperwork all the time to help police. it's when you help LAWYERS by going to court, that you are on paper, but if you work with police, they don't necessarily have to tell you who their informants are

Regardless. Jack has a reputation as being a finesser and a liar. Even Glaze said it about dude. And Pac’s cousin was locked up wit Jack back in 83 and said dude is a snitch and that how him and Tyson tried to warn Pac about dude and Pac didnt fully listen until he kinda saw certain things about him for himself. Tyson called him a gutter rat. Pac lost respect for Jack and that’s why Jack set Pac up.

Haiti and DR isn’t just some island.
There is probably close to 20 million people between those two counties.
I’m sure most caribbean his age would be happy being on an island right now for the rest of their life.

And Haiti is poor, D.R. is just its middle class cousin. Haitian Jack used to be all up in the NYC clubs partying with the rich folks, its not the same. He is 55 yrs old NOW, but he left the states years ago which mean he went there when he was in his 40's, that nikka is fronting. Trust me, he lived in NYC when it was FUN.
You are comparing him to regular hard working people who would love the islands because they been working hard all of their lives, and want a quiet life. He has been buying foreign cars, expensive watches & clothes since the 80's, the islands is DEATH to him. Jack wants to be showing off his shyt with other black people getting some too. If he was here he would be in ATL, D.C., L.A., NYC. Now he is stuck in one spot seeing the same people everyday who don't have close to what he is wearing or driving, and that's not talking about the black people who are even worse off

Back then NYC had hustlers showing off all over the place, Jack was one in a million, but what set him apart was he loved the nightlife where white people went too, not just the black clubs or hip hop clubs, he went to high end lounges. That opens up more connections. I used to look at partying as the street form of corporate networking. I used to meet all types of people partying in NYC
