“Who Shot Ya” was released to capitalize off the drama. It was recorded before then. But released at a bad time. Pac’s Vibe interview happened after Pac saw noone was visiting him or answering calls. E Money Bags came up there and cleared some shyt up. Pac had already did the Vibe interview by that time. But he DIDNT implicate Biggie in anything in that interview.
