In any case, I'm surprised she couldn't pull a Melissa Etheredge and get a sperm donor she knows (in Etheredge's case David Crosby) for it. This was a well known situation too so I doubt they did not consider it. Really makes this all the more interesting....

I'd rather they just be honest and say they wanted a mixed baby. Yes there aren't a lot of Black donors but Da Brat is rich and could have hand-picked from a bunch of solid Black male donors.

It’s hard to get a lot black donors but if you really wanted it you could probably find one dude willing. Long as the sperm donor process is done fully legally, no-one can do shyt to you.
These hoes ain't slick. I know Black men sperm donations aren't as prevalent as other races (for various reasons already stated) but I'm sure they could've found sperm from a Black man. They wanted that cac seed.
I've been said this already. Many moneyed and well-to-do professional black women opt for white and non-black sperm donors.
