Yea I only take the deal if it gets us multiple first round picks. The problem with this now that I think about it is that Bud doesn't draft well or like to draft young guys. I slick feel like it would be a waste of all of our time to get that many draft picks b/c I don't trust Bud enough to draft the right guys

Oh stop it. He hasn't had the opportunity to draft from the position of a rebuild. I have the utmost faith in him if we hauled a bunch of draft picks. Players like kawhi, Dennis, and bebe were good youngsters. He also targeted porzingis and giannis when they were in the draft. We were in win now mode when we chose payne and the same for this past draft.

Let's see how he rebuilds us before we claim he is inept

Bud hasn't had a top 10 pick to work with. You want him to pick a high potential stud late in the 1st? Those don't exist. You want him to make a trade that nets us a stud....none are there to be had without giving up a key piece.

If he traded Teague in the offseason and we struggled this season yall would be complaining about why bud broke up a great core

At some point you're gonna have to take off the Red Georgia Clay colored glasses and call it like it is. You keep giving these guys passes that they haven't earned. It's an underperforming team that needs to be shaken up because you have key members of the team who have contracts coming up and aren't giving us a good ROI at the moment

BTW, this isn't a great core it wasn't a great core last yr either, just a team playing a high level of basketball from the starters to the bench. I can't imagine why anyone would be in favor of keeping this collective together based on what we've seen

Chris Mannix was just on 92.9 and said bud is asking for a minimum of 1st round pick and a young sf. That is music to my ears. I'd use the 1st on a wing or a real center to pair with Millsap.

I've been saying it more and more that Horford is the piece that needs to be moved first. He's obviously not trying to play physical at the Center position and he's not better than Paul Millsap at the PF position. Get A REAL Center to play next to Millsap, get a REAL SF to send Korver to the bench, and then figure out what you're going to do between Jeff/Dennis.

I'm placing all the blame on our players. Millsap gets a pass but had they all came in this season playing like last yr we wouldn't be here. I expected cats to come back better but bazemore is really the only one who improved.
