Was at the game last night (sitting right behind the bench). Good win.
I must admit, I was a bit surprised last night at that 3rd quarter outburst. I thought for sure the fact that they were gonna be playing their third game in four days was going to make a difference, but it really didn't. They were fresher and had more energy than the Nets. Also, I love how Coach Bud experimented with lineups last night, they went on that run in the 3rd after he subbed out all the starters.
But DAMN we need an interior presence in the worst way. I'm tired of seeing us get killed on the boards, get KILLED in the paint, down low. Can't imagine how much more effective Al and Sap would be with a legit center, one who puts a premium on defense. I would take Whiteside or Noah in an INSTANT...that would make us highly formidable.
