No I remember what you're talking about and then I pointed out later where they tried that again but considered the Wal-Mart valuable and didn't do that, but then refused to negotiate. I'm saying that given the fact that Wal-Mart is looking to expand, DC's citizens have more leverage than their mayor believes. But unless all the mayors of major cities get together then it's a wrap.

The government job is to provide things for society that individuals can't on their own

A big part of this is being the police of corporate greed.

They have failed and continue to do so

You say this with such vagueness and wreckless abandon that I can't help but not take you seriously.

The government is there to help establish a baseline...not to innately "catch" you.
