People have short memories of alot of their favorite games.
Fallout 3 and new Vegas were just as broken as cyberpunk. Skyrim, morrowind, and oblivion were a mess on consoles and only good on PC after a bunch of community mods.
GTA 4 was considered a clear let down at launch compared to san Andreas and took 2 dlcs before people changed their minds about it. GTA 5 was a buggy mess for an entire year, and to this day people claim the single player was trash. Gta online took 2 years to become playable.
RDR 2 is one of the few games released by rockstar that wasn't a buggy mess at launch.

I found some a mix hodge bodge of settings to run at 4k with all RT options with Lighting at Ultra and still at 60 fps for the most part. RTX makes the game look so much better in ways that don't make sense if you have an idea what RT is.
Yeah i wish we could rearrange our attribute points and all that.
didn’t start understanding it till a couple of hours ago
Will focus more on the quick hacking and breaching from now on.
Been hitting that contagion and synapse burnout and then switching straight to a gun to finish it off

I went to the ripperdoc to get some implants and now I cant use my weapons or double jump
Finished all the cyberpsycho side-gigs

To me, my board!
I saw a junkie rolling around on the ground tweaking and when I interacted with him, he had the voice and mannerisms of a corpo NPC, talking about "dont touch me peasant"
