What are your specs? I'm running the game 1440p on an i7-8700k and a 1070ti and I'm getting under 40fps on medium settings

4790k
16gig ram
2070 xc ultra

I use the nvidia presets started at 1440p ran fine then switched it to 1080p cuz I wanted to see what all the fuss was about with the ray tracing options on trying to make up my mind if I wanna keep playing at 1080p with RTX or go back to 1440p ( I think I had one or two of the RTX presets on at that rez)
