Cutting by eating only salad and drinking protein shakes

You'll be fine at the lower weight there is always pressure in the bodybuilding communities to look as big and jacked as possible but in reality women prefer the "twilight" look over the boulder look now if you can be big and have lo body fat women like that too but it's much harder to achieve without things like Clem and winstrol.

Abercrombie look will get you laid more than the 70s Arnold look

Genetics play a part too some people have to be below 200 pounds to look defined as they want. We can't all bulk up and look like kookeddacrack so I stay slimmer but defined with harder muscles focusing on chest shoulders back core and enough legs and Glutes so jeans look good on me and I don't have chicken legs

185 just weighed myself this morning. Ok I won't try to cut. Just lift heavier weights I guess? And longer cardio? Stomach area is so annoying

You can keep your weight and routine. And you should actually keep eating but just cut all the BS stuff out of the foods you eat. I was on strict diet last year and my abs were washboard. I got off the diet...and now they still defined but not super cut like before. My weight didnt change either maybe by a couple pounds.

Dawg... im 5'9'' 185 with visible abs.. @ 6'2'' You could be 200+ with abs if you wanted to.... You just need to focus on building muscle and then cut once you build enough... This is whats wrong with men today... Their idea of aesthetics is extremely feminine, no offense... I'd kill to have a 6'2'' frame to work with...

I'm about the same height as dude with 40 more pounds and defined abs. We all have different genetics, so there's no reason to kill yaself trying to look a way you just aren't meant to look.
And I hope you're not putting yourself through all this just for some females :stopitslime: If you just carry yourself with confidence you'll attract women with ease.

You can do it man... Just try and build muscle and throw in some cardio.... @ 6'2 you should be trying to get take advantage of your frame...

I'm fretting over it because I am a person that has to gain something from putting in effort. And I am, in massive amounts. I pay monthly for this gym membership, I go 5 days a week, and stay in that gym at least an hour and a half.

Getting pissed at not getting significant gains from my hard ass work is all. :damn:

And hell yeah I'm doing it for the women. If women isn't one of your main motivations for getting in shape and looking good then it's practically pointless if you live in a 1st world country.
