- 1g of protein per lb of LBM, coming from very low-fat sources (tuna, chicken breast, etc)
- Non-starchy vegetables (just about all of them except carrots, peas, and the obvious ones like potatoes) on a unlimited(subjective) basis
- Potassium supplement, fish oil, multi
- Workout 2x a week at the same weights and intensity you were using before, but lower the volume (sets)
- If you're below 15% BF, do this for 10 days straight, then refeed with carbs for a day
- If you're between 15-25%, do this for a couple of weeks with one cheat meal a week allowed, then refeed
- If you're above 25%, continue for 8-12 weeks, with 2 cheat meals a week and no refeeds, then take a break and start over (unless you fall below 25%)
