Etymology

Afro is derived from the term "Afro-American".[2]The hairstyle is also referred to by some as the "natural"—particularly the shorter, less elaborate versions of the Afro—since in most cases the hair is left untreated by relaxers or straightening chemicals and is instead allowed to express its natural curl or kinkiness.[3][5]

I see nothing wrong with it. They aren't really stealing the hairstyle if they are only doing it for a magazine. It's like using quotes for their hairstyle. Y'all being sensitive as fukk over dumb shyt. I think yall just want to fukk these white hoes to be honest :francis: @RookieToVet
:patrice: ehhh there might be a little more to it then what you think..... starts out as a magazine but... African women been doing the Natural hair movement for awhile now at least the women i follow, but there is many ways this thing can turn out..... one of them might be that these cave bytches might get credit for a Natural hair style of African women.

First black music, then black women's bodies, now black hair...all three of these things the mainstream considered them ugly or not up to par...until white people do it:mjlol:

Same magazine pushing the fro wouldn't even use a black woman in it, instead uses a white woman.

If you don't see what's going on here, then :yeshrug:
