Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
its the same test regardless of where you came from

imo if you arent getting a's and b's in math, chemistry and physics you should stop trying to become an american doctor, the american system is a science based system, foreign schools tend to be fact based (they just teach you facts)

the chances of going to cuba for medical school and becoming a practicing american doctor are about zero

Those are the American graduates from the class of 2007, 7/8 of them currently work as doctors in the US, the 8th one I simply couldn't find on google cause her name is common.

So much for "zero" chances of being a doctor, one of them even made headlines for comparing an abortion to a flu shot :russ:

thats one in a million

:dead:

7 out of 8 from the 2007 class are Doctors today, debt free and practicing, 1 in a million.........:russ:

Ok? And what does that have to do with the Americans that pass the program that are free to practice in California? In 2007, 2100 people graduated from ELAM, 8 of them were American.

You don't seem to realize that these American doctors coming from Cuba will essentially be Bilingual in a country with a growing Hispanic population, but keep talking out your ass :yeshrug:

"I feel as if I'm standing on the backs of all my ancestors. This is a huge opportunity for me," Nozwe Magwetya, a 21-year-old yet another medical student leaving for Cuba. "Nobody in my family has ever had the chance to be a doctor." Magwetya's mother works in a supermarket.

"I wanted to be a doctor, but I wasn't sure how to get into medicine. I had decent grades, but I didn't have any money, and even applying to medical school cost a lot."

Medical students heading for Cuba said thier goodbyes

Because I'm looking up graduates :yeshrug:

Here's another "highly trained nurse" as you put it -

Dr Luther Castillo Harry | LinkedIn

Nice, zero chance or one in a million like you said, look at where he ended up :russ:

:childplease: nowhere in his linkedin is there anything about him practicing medicine in the US, translation: he never passed the USMLE

if you are too ignorant to notice that im gonna have to ask for receipts for the supposed 7/8

At the beginning of mean streets
my degree aint got naan to do with science tho :lupe: and im nice with math but i was never an A student at it :manny: but im wondering if i could become a psychologist over there and bring it over here, or is it just physical medicine thats covered in the program? thats why i was intrigued, i'd like to be a drug abuse counselor or something, just wanna help ppl out
You can get a masters in counseling if you're just trying to be a drug abuse counselor. Then go for a phD. Check out if they have free graduate programs.

that isnt how it works, the way it works is that you have to pass the USMLE, and then you apply for residency

its not that her degree is accepted in california

that lady is one in a million in the sense of cuban medical students that pass the usmle and get a residency

the bilingual thing is just stupid, why any black person thinks the spread of bilingualism is a good thing is beyond me

:dead: He could have practiced in California if he wanted, instead he went to Honduras and helped build a hospital, but I guess his education had nothing to do with that.

As for you asking for receipts, you said the chances they could find work in the US was zero, I already proved that wrong -

Dr. Toussaint Reynolds, MD – Bronx, NY | Emergency Medicine
http://www.vitals.com/doctors/Dr_Jose_De_Leon/profile
http://www.vitals.com/doctors/Dr_Wing_Wu/profile

The doctor who compared abortion injections to a “flu shot” received her medical training in Cuba, fully funded by the regime of Fidel Castro, and returned to the U.S. planning to advocate for universal health care, according to an interview she gave in 2007.

Carmen Landau | AbortionDocs

I can get the others too, but :yeshrug: what's the point since all these people are just 1 in a million, you been talking out your ass the entire thread.

Nah, don't try and clean it up now, you said there was a zero percent chance these people would be able to practice in the US, you didn't know that California recognized the school. That's really what it boils down to, then you moved the goalposts even further.

Basically :camby:
