One time a bunch of them cross fit people came to my gym and were screaming and cheering each other on doing deadlifts me and all the other regulars were just like :snoop: they were all dress like they in a 80s workout video. To me I don't need the motivation of a bunch of others doing the same shyt as me.

I just went to a crossfit gym with my boy this past weekend for a free workout day. That shyt is just like a cult :heh: But I did win a free month so I'll be drinking the kool-aid for a little while :leon:

This one doesn't use weights for the beginners. They just do modified situps/pushups/pullups/lunges/medicine balls/etc in the beginning and move up to weights and stuff later.

shyt is MAD expensive ($250) and I don't think I'll be participating after the free month unless my cardio is greatly improved and I start to drop some extra lbs.... It just costs too much....

That shyt is not safe because of their emphasis on speed. I was in this shyt for a while and ended up pinching a nerve that caused my entire left hand to be numb for a whole month. Them CACs keep emailing and calling me to come back to the gym. I ain't been back since.

I've been working out for hears and have never had an injury before fukking with cross fit. Plus they do pull ups like fakkits.

I can't stand this crossfit shyt but the Military has drank the kool aid so for PT at least 2 times a week its some type of CF workout with a damn Hero WOD or 5 mile run on Friday. fukk you Coach Glassman.

shyt does work though
