Hhh would be working at hot diggity dog if he wasn't sleeping with the boss daughter.

Without austin & the rock to leech off of he fizzles out much sooner.

Hhh greatly benefited from who he knew as supposed to what he knows.

I think he would’ve done just as well even without marrying Steph. He has classic feuds with Foley, Rock, Austin, HBK among others. You can’t deny his ringwork, promo ability and star quality. He also has a mind for the business. Don’t get me wrong, marrying into the family definitely helped but it’s not the sole reason.

Agreed.

I was at Summerslam 1999.

Crowd wanted Hunter to win in a match with Mick Foley and Steve Austin involved.

He was gonna ultimately matter with or without Steph.

Look at his chemistry with Rock, Austin and Foley.

And that shyt pains me to admit as a proud long time Hunter Hearst Hater

He was either coat tailing michaels DX style or ric flairs 4 horsemen style
Living off the Rocks electricity throughout 2000
2001 austin comes back hes an intercontinental 2nd fiddle guy with a face turn that was waiting to flop if he didnt get injured
Then you look at 2002 when they give him the belt again and hes on his own for once...he flopped.
All the real overload of talent outshined and put him back in his place temporarily until they got rid of undisputed title austin rock hogan left
And he put himself on a brand far way from Lesnar and Angle with his own title and his buddy michaels came back to give him classics . Shytty matches promos and rivalries with steiner to goldberg to kevin nash. While the real stars were on smackdown

Triple H was good but always seemed kinda forced and was mostly famous for working with top stars and feeding off their energy. I didn’t watch much beyond the attitude era though. But during that time he seemed like a guy who was good in the ring but whose value was mostly based around being a formidable opponent who could work a good match with guys more popular than him like Mankind, Undertaker, Rock and Austin. Kinda like Barry Windham in the NWA days or British Bulldog in the early-mid 90’s.

DX was the spirit of HBK. I didn’t watch Evolution but he admitted himself it was a modern take on the four horsemen. He was a great wrestler, pretty good promo guy too but never a unique talent.

He'd still be a multiple time world champion that is a first-ballot HOFer.

Perhaps not the executive he is now, but he'd still be considered one of the best to do it from an accolade standpoint.

Very forced because Taker and Austin being gone is the only way his push works...

He did the angle with Steph by like late 99 and I guess they were legit going out by 2001

Yeah he was still a main eventer by then in the attitude era so he'd be established

I dont know wether the regin of terror happens and I think he'd be an agent backstage and then try to convince Vince to do TV

I could see him still running NXT but maybe not talent relations and VP obviously

Without Stephanie

He would've have probably stayed tied to Chyna longer (Rip but she seemed to rub alot of people wrong in the locker room)

There would be no McMahon Hemsley era which had pivitol fueds for him as a top guy(Mick Foley put him over huge twice during this era and doesn't get the credit he should for it)

I'm not so sure he would've had his spots preserved after returning from those injuries like he did

No Authority at the tail end of his career
