Shooter wasn't even with his "current wife", apparently he was still married to that judge and having an affair with this woman. She divorced him AFTER the shooting.


Carruth’s now-ex-wife filed a countersuit in her divorce proceedings to exclude her ex-husband from their Lubbock home on 9th Street.

In the affidavit, according to the newspaper, Anne-Marie Carruth wrote she was “notified that my husband, William Kyle Carruth, is under investigation for the shooting and killing of his girlfriend’s children’s father after he attempted to pick up his children late Friday afternoon. My knowledge of the incident is very limited at this time, and it is my understanding that the police are still investigating.”

Where did he threaten the guy with violence before the guy pulled a gun on him?

This was murder and wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't premeditated. People who think this was justified are psychopath.

I don't think they're thinking through the least what kind of world they'd create where someone would be allowed to escalate a situation that they created themselves and then kill the other guy for simply responding.

* Shooter and his girlfriend created the situation by not giving up the kids at the court appointed time.

* Shooter escalated that shyt by pulling out a gun when there was no violent threat

* Shooter fired a shot in the direction of the other guy when he was still in zero danger whatsoever. Taller breh has the right to defend himself from a psycho with a gun who has fired a shot, all he was trying to do was get the gun away.

* Shooter fired lethal shots at an unarmed man 10 feet away from him who was just standing there with his hands at his side. Yet again no immediate threat.



I wonder if the same people justifying this guy thought that Arbury was in the wrong for trying to get the gun away from the guys trying to hold him up, or thought that Rittenhouse was in the right to shoot at 4 different people.
