The child’s father should have just documented the fukkery with his phone, stated he was there to get his son at the agreed upon time and that the mother was playing games and the child wasn’t where he was supposed to be.

have all of it ready for court

I know it’s frustrating but this is what happens when cooler heads don’t prevail.

If he let off a shot first before the other guy attempted to wrestle the gun away that’s not self defense .

You can’t escalate the situation then claim self defense
Yep learned this in gun safety. The law doesn’t recognize warning shots.

He was not a trespasser. He was an invited guest who was there to pick up his son at 3:15 P.M. you big dummy. So he was not a trespasser, because he was clearly told either through the court or his ex-woman to be there at that time to get his kid.

The issue then becomes at what point does a person become a trespasser? Then the second issue is can you resort to self help remedies to remove them. The answer to the second question is obviously no, because the victim did not pose a risk of battering or murdering anyone on the property.

man your credibility was shot once you compared this to Trayvon Martin

but for anyone else wondering:

1)clearly, showing up to pick up your son for a court ordered visit does not give you the right to conduct yourself however you want on someone else's property with immunity from being asked to leave.

2)as for when a person becomes a trespasser:
(a) A person commits an offense if he enters or remains on or in property, including an aircraft or other vehicle, of another without effective consent or he enters or remains in a building of another without effective consent and he:
(1) had notice that the entry was forbidden; or
(2) received notice to depart but failed to do so.
(b) For purposes of this section:
(2) “Notice” means:
(A) oral or written communication by the owner or someone with apparent authority to act for the owner;

dude was told to leave by someone who was either the owner or had apparent authority to act for the owner

3)as for when you can remove them forcibly:
Sec. 9.41. PROTECTION OF ONE'S OWN PROPERTY. (a) A person in lawful possession of land or tangible, movable property is justified in using force against another when and to the degree the actor reasonably believes the force is immediately necessary to prevent or terminate the other's trespass on the land or unlawful interference with the property.

dude wasn't leaving and was being hostile

everything after that is straightforward self defense - dude threatened to take the gun and use it on him, and then rushed him and grabbed the gun. if you can't understand this, I advise you not to get mad on anyone else's property

The Land That Time Forgot
if the green shirt dad had a parenting time or joint custody order that stipulated he was supposed
to pick his son at that house and that time, that legal order would probably pierce any "stand your ground"
plea protection.

He would have an established legal right to pick up the child.

Mom would have a legal obligation to provide the child to the dad without any interference, including sending him to another location without consent of the dad or a court-appointed parenting time supervisor.

They were so casual after he got killed :picard:

The woman in the car was the deceased new wife. She said 911 Kyle shot my husband right before she got out the car

She saw dude fall after 2 got shots and continues to casually talk to Kyle while her husband bleed out :skip:

Videos like this and the one where the neighbor killed the husband and his wife for shoveling snow on his property are crazy. These people literally dare the shooter to shoot them :dahell:

My ass would be gone the moment I see anything that looks like a gun :francis:

I'm saying. That's exactly what I thought. Once they bring out that heater, I'm running for the hills.

You wanna see that woman's nature? Look at her reaction to her son's dad being killed. Cold and indifferent.
Yeah, like after rewatching this a few times, I’m confused at the overall response to the murder. Dude just smoked your kid’s dad and nobody’s screaming, nobody’s panicking, it’s like nobody cared. I’ve seen more emotional responses from people getting knocked out

i wonder how some of these grown ass men would handle conflict if they didnt have their precious blickys

there needs to be a happy medium between walking away and using people as target practice, this could've easily been a quick fade but :manny:
homie was clearly p*ssy. he ran and got the itch for no reason. deceased cac was clearly bigger and struck fear in the cac with the gun. he’s a bytch
