:dwillhuh: majority of this thread didn't hear the dude say "i'll take it that out of your hands and use it on you" before he tussled with dude holding the gun? that's NOT something you can gloss over especially since he made move for it right after he said it

the second he said that shyt he set himself up for the L. period.

If the cops were already coming he could've posted up by the car and waited 20 minutes max. situation coulda got resolved and if he still wanted to fight dude he could've saved it for another day, instead he thought his rage was gonna make him invulnerable to bullets :snoop: dude just shot the ground in front of you and the next thing you do is try and toss him around, and DON'T take the gun from him? yea your dumbass deserves to get shot

:dahell:
he said 'I'll take that gun and use it on you' and got right in the guys face

this is after refusing to leave the persons property

That is not self defense, because the victim did not introduce the deadly force. The killer introduced the gun into a nonviolent argument. The victim made not threat to warrant the murderer going to get the gun therefore that is not true self defense. In fact the murderer provoked the victim's reaction. It is the same thing that George Zimmerman did. Zimmerman provoked or instigated the reaction from Trayvon Martin, which is why Zimmerman was charged with the criminal act.

You can not provoke someone to make an act or a statement and then claim self defense because you reacted to their action or statement.

The shooter is out of touch with reality too. He introduced a deadly force into a situation that was not even violent. That is not self defense or even stand your ground, because he was not in fear of receiving a battery, getting battered or even stopping a criminal. At most the victim was trespassing, but the remedy was for the shooter to call the police to have him removed rather than to resort to a self remedy like murder.

So the poster was correct. Y'all do watch too many video games and y'all have become blinded to the ignorance under the law that has grown under theses clowns Zimmerman and Rittenhouse. Eventually the pendulum will swing back to sanity and a lot of fools are going to end up in jail.
So?

This is a hard one, dude had a right to pick his son up, baby moms was playing games. But ultimately he was told that his son was not there and was asked to leave but wanted to stay and argue. Kyle shouldn't have went and got the gun, but it's Texas and dude tried to grab the gun after making it clear what he would have done if he took it.

Ls all around.
RIGHT!

NO ONE IN THE VIDEO HAD A LICK OF SENSE

Could have turned out different if one of those adults made a better decision
