yes its a good idea, but at least have something real you are going to claim you are in business with.

it cost like 500.00 max to register you business at your local borough get it trademarked and you got the paperwork for life. luckily getting registered fills a lot of catergies so if you are selling clothes it you are also registred to sell toys,music, etc.

basically saying it cost little to get documents, then maybe a website or blog. dont need 9000 you can get 250 business card for 5.00 get them in black borders so you can ink out the companys logo on your business card so it looks more independent and not advertising some other dudes shyt.

last thing, have the documents and business card and you can claim to do many things.
