people keep comparing creed and straight outta compton, i guess cause they both have black casts. can only be one black film a year thats good apparently. even the coli has inhaled that self hating “there can only be one” creedo, doing polls to see which was better.
when in reality, you should be comparing Creed to other hollywood franchise reboots, most of which ( mad max fury road excepted) Creed shytted on.
Creed actually had, textured, nuanced, strong in a non cliched way, black characters that youcared about and rooted for. force awakens had jar jar binks in blackface.
