So im listening to the radio today and I hear a song with the same beat pretty much as my song.. which is weird since I bought exclusive rights... turns out the producer just used a loop that was royalty free...



what do I do now? this cats song is blowing up too

shyt, I don't even know if you would have a valid case in court


Thats one of the issues with out sourcing talent that I never think much on.
When you have a creative collective then it's easier to control for stuff like this.
When purchasing assets on the open market you've no clue whats going on in the background.
