Some dude went to cop drugs off this couple and killed them both execution style in the basement....if front of their two small kids. The older daughter about 6 yrs old calls 911. She kept telling her mommy to wake up and was crying telling the cops she was dying. At the police station she asked the cops why the man hurt her mommy.

I've been trying to find this episode for years now.
Two dudes went to go buy some guns from some other nikkas. The nikkas decided to rob the two dudes that came to purchase the guns. One of the dudes that went to buy the gun started running and he let off a shot and hit his partner in his head. They didn't find out until the end that he accidentally killed his partner.

Ok, I may have been wrong last time but I think the correct episode is "About Face/Backyard Murder". I'm almost 100% sure that's the correct episode. Let me know if I'm right.
