I got Spence winning the fight for a few reasons...Crawford switching won't matter..he goes southpaw most of a fight and goes back orthodox to finish. I want to see him deal with Spence's jab neutralizing his usual movement and how he takes inside body punches..that short right hook...consistent body punching..I never see Crawford deal with that and he gets hit straight back too much. Spence is heavy handed..that should be interesting...Crawford will be very tough though with the movement. And trying to circle and hit Spence with a trap power punch combo when you come forward alot..Spence can box him though and make it more of a chess match than anyone expects. I'll put 2k on Spence since everyone thinks he's the underdog now after Crawford stopped Porter.

Btw..I don't think the time off hurts Spence at all. Definitely happens by the fall of 2022.

I go back and forth on this every other day, shows what a good match up it is. I've probably seen Spence lose more rounds than I have Crawford but Spence has fought the better comp imo and when they have fought similar guys Spence usually fights the better version/earlier but Crawford bushed Porter which is VERY impressive to me. Never been a big fan of Porter but that motherfukker is tough as nails.........honestly i don't know man I might go for the draw :heh:

Sparring is not fighting, regardless of how hard you go.

Yup thats why i really dislike the "xyz got worked in sparring" shyt that fans enamored with. One guy could have been specifically working on something that day, maybe its something he isnt good at so of course they gonna get the better of him. Too many variables when it comes to sparring to use that as a gaging factor.

Crawford wins
Spence more active though but he won't find Bud the same way he did Porter or Swift, even Brook
Not like Bud is a defensive wizard but has more ability to avoid punishment, counter, kill the opponent's game
I'd still expect Spence to win some rounds purely on activity but I also expect his work rate to drop as the fight goes on and Bud starts to make him think twice before trying to hit Bud with body shots and such. I feel like due to the difference and ring IQ (not like Spence wouldn't be a smart fighter on his own right though), in adaptability the southpaw vs southpaw matchup that this fight would turn into would hurt Spence's jab game more than Crawford's.

Either a late stoppage for Bud or a close points win, 115-113 or so

I give the edge to Bud. It's really a matter of whether or not he could handle Spence body work or how he'd handle possibly getting clipped. He'd need to download the data a lot quicker than he usually does that.

One thing I underestimated is how damn strong Bud is though. Did y'all see the way he was pushing Porter across the ring??? Had him flying back like a ragdoll, shyt!
