Can't be true. Damn, not Craig Mack.
True story, when I moved into the house that I spent most of my life in right before high school, we were going back and forth with our things and cleaning up.
I went into the upstairs bedroom, kind of bummed out about moving and exploring by myself. I found a CD (no case). It was Project: Funk Da World.

while unpacking. Didn't think I'd read too much into it, but I always took it as a sign that everything would be cool in that house and it made me open to stumbling upon music. Think I actually got into Slum Village by finding Fantastic Vol. II on the sidewalk while walking home.
My mom's moved out since then and I live in LA now, but my brother is living there and we're finally about to start renting it out to someone that isn't family this year. Life's funny like that.
RIP Craig Mack.
