Wow. As other people said, without Craig Mack there's really no Bad Boy. People forget how huge Flava In Ya Ear was in real time.

#9 on the Pop Charts, #4 on the R&B Charts and #1 on the Rap Charts. It was also nominated for a Grammy Award and was Certified Platinum too (Bad Boy's 1st Platinum Single). I know "Juicy" feels like the bigger record but at that time, Flava was bigger than "Juicy" in sales and on the charts. It's just "Juicy" took on a life of it's own and Big became a Star. Also Big's performance on "Flava" Remix produced one of his Greatest Verses. "Flava in Ya Ear" is a very Historical Record looking back. J Lo, Ja and Murder Inc remixed the beat for "Ain't It Funny" Remix and got a #1 single on the Pop Charts. It's a Hip Hop Classic and one of the Greatest Rap Singles of All Time. Man, I had the single on Cassette, Lord this is really bringing me back.
