idk. the FAN hired francesa back and that was embarrassing for all parties. i wouldnt put it past them to hire this idiot back just for the publicity. even if its overnights.

i clicked around in that kay interview and it went to a part where he goes "everyone knows my kids are my priority." are they? he committed calculated large scale financial crimes and is spewing this horseshyt trying to come across as some kind of simple, nice guy who just lost his way through addiction


clicked out after that. it's clear what he's doing and i hope it doesnt work.

I doubt it. But I don't begrudge him working in radio after serving his time.
With a record he's not getting on ESPN radio and the FAN should be embarrassed to hire him again so that just leaves shytty AM stations like WWOR and WCBS.

WFAN was desperate enough to rehire Francesa 3 months after the retirement tour. On second thought, I wouldn’t be surprised if they rehire him for ratings...being that the crime he committed wasn’t necessarily against the station or murder.

I havent listen to Carton in years- I used to think he was funny when he first started with Boomer then he got all pro- cop and I was like

he started in the NJ/Philly area- I wouldnt be shocked if a Philly station dying for a ratings boost wouldnt give him a shot

This fukking guy does a little over a year and most likely will be rehired. Win for everybody I guess. He’s an ex con, Wfan gets extra ratings and there’s no sports to discuss. Got at least a weeks worth of episodeS breaking down how he broke bad.
