BLM has made positive change in the black community in terms of changing the discourse when it comes to our relationship with cops. Deray has nothing to do with BLM, though with the exception of Campaign Zero.

marching, protesting and social activism gave black folks civil rights

marching, protesting and social activism could be done at the same time while implementing any other effort you deem legit because they are not undermining each other

marching protesting and social activism caused some laws to be passed, but those laws never really gave black people real civil rights and never gave black people real economic power

its not just me that's saying economics comes first and social activism second, its people like boyce watkins

social activism is encouraged by white liberals because social activism is not a threat to white liberal political and economic power, thats why its wrong for deray to accept money from soros, the money and attention from white liberals misguides black people into thinking that social activism represent real progress

the only people that should accept money from soros are black banks and black business, because that is what we as black people should focus on
