Ohio, I have a little emergency reserve if the shyt hit the fan and it's just me, however we got tenants in our buildings with 5 and 6 kids.

Anybody remember the plague of locusts they were talking about coming out of Africa eating up farmers crops earlier in the year and probably late last year? This is some biblical type stuff happening right now.
